Greek Frappe

Simple and delicious frothy cold coffee made with instant coffee

Equipment

  • Nutribullet or equivalent high speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp instant coffee only instant coffee will work
  • 1 tsp sugar, xylitol, or 1 sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup water room temperature
  • splash of milk of choice optional

Instructions
 

  • Blitz the instant coffee, sugar / sweetener, and water in your Nutribullet for about 20 seconds, until super frothy
  • Add a splash of milk (don't try to add your milk before blitzing), and pour your Frappe into a tall glass.
  • That's it! Enjoy

Notes

Nutritional info - this will depend on how much milk or sugar you add. If you use 1 tsp of sugar and a splash of milk, calories will be < 30 kcal.  With sweetener instead of sugar, you are looking at <10 kcal. 
TIP - try adding 1/2 tsp of cinnamon before blitzing, or using flavoured instant coffee, for some variation.
