The Pantry Power plan has been created is to support you in creating nourishing meals made from kitchen staples, while minimizing shopping trips. It is especially useful given the current restrictions as a result of COVID-19
The 28-day refresh plan is a great way to jump-start your health. It contains selected low-glycaemic recipes aimed at stabilizing blood sugar, maintaining healthy weight, promoting healthy digestion, and reducing inflammation associated with many chronic diseases.
The anti-inflammatory plan contains healthy recipes aimed at reducing inflammation associated with pro-inflammatory diseases. 5 days per week have been planned for you, but you can add and remove recipes to suit your needs.
This plan for diabetes is moderate in carbs and high in fiber, aiming to help stabilize blood sugar levels and maintain a healthy weight. Please consult with your dietitian before starting this plan.
